Unit 2 – Principles of Working as a Cash And Valuables In Transit (CViT) Operative in The Private Security Industry

• Learn about the organisational structure of Cash and Valuables in Transit companies, including the services they offer
• Understand and be able to put into practice the Cash and Valuables in Transit security procedures
• Learn the importance of the Data Protection Act to the role of the CVIT operative
• Learn about the importance of environmental issues in the CVIT industry
• Be able to apply the UK and EU transport legislation in the Cash and Valuables in the Transit industry
• Know and be able to apply Cash in Transit security procedures
• Understand appropriate procedures in the event of an emergency
