Terms & Conditions (Affiliate Program)

1. Affiliates are entitled to commissions exclusively for courses including Door Supervisor, Security Guard, and CCTV, provided bookings for these courses are fully paid.
2. Commissions will be granted only once the referred customer's booking for these courses is successfully paid in full. Partial or unpaid bookings for these courses will be eligible for commission payouts once they have been settled as fully paid.
   1. If a refund of a booking occurs before the payout cycle, then it will be excluded from the commission payout.
   2. If a refund of a booking occurs after a commission has been paid out, the commission amount for that booking will be adjusted accordingly in the next payout cycle.
   3. This implies that until the booking is confirmed as fully paid, it will not be included in the commission payout cycle.
3. Bookings for courses other than Door Supervisor, Security Guard, and CCTV are not eligible for commission under this program.

To keep you informed and in control, we've made it easy for affiliates to track the status of their referred bookings directly in your affiliate dashboard. This way, you can always stay up-to-date on the payment status of your referrals.

1. Referrals are tracked using a unique affiliate link provided upon sign-up. Ensure your link is properly used to track referrals correctly.
2. Only affiliate links can be used to track referrals. Incorrect use of affiliate links will cause the inability to track referrals.

1. The first commission is released 30 days after the initial successful booking to verify its authenticity and reduce chances of spam.
2. Your 2nd payout will be made every 15 days directly to the affiliate's bank account, starting after the first payout.

Affiliates must adhere to the following:

1. Branding Consistency: We greatly value the importance of consistent branding. We kindly request all affiliates to accurately utilise the 'Get Licensed' branding in their promotional materials and communications. For your convenience, we offer a resource library containing banners and marketing materials that align with our branding guidelines.
2. Recommended Resource Library Usage: We encourage affiliates to utilise banners and marketing materials from our resource library whenever possible. These materials are designed to maintain the consistency of the 'Get Licensed' brand and ensure a cohesive representation across all channels.
3. Customised Banners or Artwork: Should you require customised banners or artwork to suit your promotional needs, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to assist you, and we'll gladly provide the necessary resources.
4. Representation: Affiliates should refer to themselves as "Get Licensed Affiliates" or "Affiliate Marketers" and should refrain from stating or implying that they are currently associated with or impersonating someone employed at GL.
5. Promotion: Do not use misleading or false statements in promotional efforts. False representation, and false advertising such as "Get rich quick with Get Licensed", are strictly prohibited.
6. Ads: Affiliates should not purchase ads that compete with "Get Licensed" advertising, especially targeting branded keywords. If running ads, direct the ad to your own site and not directly to the "Get Licensed" website.

Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, limited licence to use the company's trademarks, logos, and promotional materials for the sole purpose of promoting the service under the Affiliate Marketing Program. All rights to these properties remain with the company.

The company reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program for any breach of these terms, unlawful activity, or if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where multiple sign-ups come from the same IP address or region.

The company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising from this agreement or the program.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with UK Law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK.

The company may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program indicates acceptance of those changes.

Any information relating to Get Licensed, its services, customers, business, or affiliates obtained by the affiliate in connection with this program is confidential. Unauthorised disclosure or misuse of this confidential information is strictly prohibited, including any data collected under GDPR compliance.

Violation of this confidentiality clause will result in:

• Immediate termination of the affiliate's participation in the program.
• Forfeiture of any pending commissions or earnings.
• Potential legal actions seeking damages, injunctions, or both, against the affiliate for breach of contract and unauthorised use or disclosure of confidential information.

Affiliates must obtain the company's prior written consent before disclosing any confidential information.

The company may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program indicates acceptance of those changes.

1. Affiliate Link Use: Affiliates should not use their own affiliate links for personal purchases of "Get Licensed" products or services.
2. Sharing Placements: Upon request, affiliates are expected to provide locations and instances where they have used their affiliate link. This can include links, screenshots, or email promotions.

The Affiliate agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Get Licensed, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, fees, and expenses related to or arising out of the Affiliate's actions, conduct, or promotion efforts under this Agreement. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

1. In the event of any disputes, disagreements, or claims arising from or related to the Affiliate Marketing Program, both Get Licensed and the affiliate agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the issue. If the parties cannot reach a mutual agreement, they then agree to proceed to mediation.
2. Neither party shall be entitled to initiate or participate in court litigation regarding any dispute, disagreement, or claim arising from or related to the Affiliate Marketing Program until they have exhausted the mechanisms set out in this clause.
